Referral scheme terms and conditions
- Spain Right Now is open and available to individuals who are registered with Spain Property Guide (“the referee”).
- The referee is eligible to receive a 100€ voucher to spend with AMAZON if they refer a person who buys a property with any of the estate agents shown on this website SpainRightNow.com via the direct enquiry made with www.spainpropertyguide.com
- The referral scheme is not valid when the initial enquiry is made directly with the estate agent.
- In the event that Spain Property Guide is (for whatever reason) unable to procure the indicated gift, then you will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
- The referee will not be eligible to receive the referral gift under this scheme in the event that the referred person is already on the database at Spain Property Guide at the date of referral or if Spain Property Guide has already received their details but has not yet entered them on the database.
- The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Spain Property Guide for this scheme before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
- It is the referee’s responsibility to contact Spain Property Guide in order to claim their referral gift.
